Our Practice
Our staff and attorneys come from immigrant families and humble beginnings. We know what it is like to be on the outside of an intimidating legal system. Spanish, English, and Dari aside, we speak your language.
Our office focuses primarily on the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”). We are also experienced in federal immigration law, specifically in affirmative asylum petitions and adjustment of status. Whatever your case, we’re here to help. Services are available on contingency, flat-rate, and hourly-rates in special circumstances.
The legal world can be a daunting and complex one. We are here to work for you and dispel this process as much as possible.
We believe in freedom of information and sharing of knowledge. Find our take on the latest legal issues for a range of topics on our blog, updated periodically.
